Presentation of Japanese Sweets : Sunagawa City, Hokkaido
Did you know the famous Japanese sweet shop Hori from Sunagawa City? They have produced some popular souvenirs of Japanese western style sweet which use abundant local ingredients of Hokkaido: Yubari Melon, Indian millet (Toukibi) and potato.
“Toukibi (Indian millet) chocolate ”
One of the excellent sweets made by Hori from Sunagawa City, Hokkaido. It won a gold medal at Monde Selection. A square pole cookie with Indian millet wrapped in white chocolate. The corn and white chocolate are superb.
