Japanese Sweets using Yubari melon 

You know what?  Yubari city has many individual Japanese sweets which use abundant local ingredients: melon, Yam and flower bean. Especially, Yubari melon is one of the most famous specialties in Hokkaido district , Nippon.Yubari is one of Japan’s most famous areas for the production of melon. It is so sweet and juicy! I am pleased to introduce to you some Japanese sweets using Yubari melon.
