Local Pretz; Japanese Sweet of  Karinto and Snack of Yakiboshi Shucked Lobster

I’d like to introduce to you “Giant Pretz” of Kanto District area limited.

“Giant Pretz(プリッツ) Yakiboshi Shucked Lobster”

Giant Pretz is a big pretzel-like stick which is approximately 21 cm long. Local ingredients of Yakiboshi are used, so you can enjoy rare taste. Yakiboshi means fish broiled over charcoal.   It is one of Chinese-style food.

Plenty of fresh prawn is kneaded into the dough and is baked savorily.
Salty-sweet chili sauce with a piquant flavor is used.
